Administering an oath or affirmation (notarizing an affidavit), including certificate and seal: $2.00
 

Swearing a witness to a deposition: $2.00

Taking an acknowledgement or proof of a deed:

  • First signature: $2.00

  • Additional signatures: $2.00

Other instruments in writing for registration and seal:

  • First signature: $2.00

  • Additional Signatures: $2.00

Mobile Notary Travel Charge:

  • $20 for up to 20 mile radius*

  • $30 for up to 30 mile radius *

  • Call for pricing 30 mile radius*

After Hours Service

  • There is a $10 service charge added
